A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer. Cookies hold a limited amount of data and their use is standard practice for all websites. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes and enhance your experience on our website by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. You may find this guide helpful in explaining cookies further.
This website sets performance cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don't collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.
This website also sets targeting cookies. These cookies are used to deliver adverts of more relevance to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as to help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator's permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisation.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies and you can also delete them. You can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer, or to notify you each time a cookie is sent to your computer or other device such as a smartphone or tablet. However, this may prevent you from using all the features of our website.
Worldpay, who securely processes transactions made via our website, has procedures in place to automatically cancel an order if their anti-fraud detection systems have reason to suspect a transaction is fraudulent. As is strongly advised by all payment processing organisations, we take precautions to protect cardholders and ourselves against fraudulent activity. In keeping with these organisations' anti-fraud guidelines, we may need to ask for proof of the cardholder's ID and/or address, if a warning has been issued with a transaction, or if we have reason to believe that these checks are necessary. This includes - and is more often necessary for - overseas orders. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we have reason to suspect it may be a fraudulent transaction or that a payment has been made without the cardholder's knowledge or permission.
All of the above forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
